Your letters are always yours. If you cancel, any already-scheduled messages will still deliver on their date. We give you 60 days to export everything before we remove your data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Switch plans whenever you like, and the change applies to your next billing cycle.
Is the physical mailing fee per letter or per year?
The physical mail add-on is $3 per month plus $15 per letter that you choose to mail. You only pay the per-letter fee when you actually send a physical copy. Some people send one a year. Some send ten. You control it.
