How it works

Simple to create.
Impossible to forget.

From your first word to their first tear — here's exactly how Wordforth works.

Three steps. Ten minutes.

Write, record, or film your message

Our composer is built for real people, not tech experts. Type a letter using our guided editor — we'll even help you get started if you're not sure what to say. Prefer your voice? Record a message directly in your browser. Want them to see your face? Upload a video or film one with your webcam.

You can attach photos, add your signature, and choose the paper style if you're sending a physical letter. Everything is saved privately and securely in your personal Wordforth vault.

Choose exactly when it arrives

You decide the moment. Pick a specific date — a birthday, graduation day, New Year 2035. Or choose a life milestone and your recipient confirms when it happens, unlocking the message. You can also set messages to release after your passing, triggered by a trusted contact.

Every message stays locked until its moment. You can edit or cancel any time before delivery — life changes, and so can your letters.

On a date

Sends automatically. Midnight delivery or morning of, your choice.

On a milestone

Recipient confirms the event. Message unlocks instantly with a fallback date.

After your passing

A trusted contact releases it. Peacefully, privately, with care.

We deliver it, exactly as you intended

When the moment arrives, Wordforth sends your message. By email, they receive a beautifully designed letter with a private link to their personal vault — where they can read, listen, and watch everything you left them.

Chose physical mail? A printed letter on premium cotton paper, in a cream envelope sealed with wax, arrives at their door in the same week. Inside, a small card with a QR code connects them to any audio or video you included.

Privacy and security

Your words. Your privacy. Always.

We will never read, sell, or share your content

Every message is stored with end-to-end encryption. Only you can see your vault until you choose to share it. Your family's most private moments are not our business to profit from — they're yours, kept safe until exactly the right moment.
