How do I know my letter will actually be delivered?
Every letter is stored in encrypted cloud storage and backed up daily. Our scheduling system sends delivery confirmations to you when a message goes out. For extra peace of mind, we recommend assigning a trusted contact who can monitor your vault on your behalf.
What if the recipient's address changes before delivery?
Great question, and one we take seriously. For physical letters, we send an annual reminder to confirm the delivery address is still current. You can update it any time from your dashboard.
Can I write letters to multiple people?
Yes. The Family plan supports up to 10 recipients. You can write separate letters for each child, grandchild, or loved one, each with its own delivery date and trigger.
What happens to my letters if Wordforth closes?
We maintain a data protection policy that ensures your letters are exportable in full, in plain text and PDF format, regardless of what happens to the company. You will always be able to get your content out.
Is this appropriate if I'm seriously ill?
Many of our most meaningful letters come from people who are facing illness. We treat this with enormous care. If you need help setting up a plan quickly or want to speak with someone directly, email hello@wordforth.com — we will make time for you.
Can I edit a letter after I've written it?
Yes, any time before delivery. Log in to your vault, open the letter, and edit freely. Letters lock automatically 14 days before their delivery date to protect the integrity of the message — but the mailing address stays editable up to 7 days out.
